Please contact us before sending any item back. This policy applies to purchases made through iohoiiv.com and is subject to consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns

For an unopened and unused cosmetic item, contact service@iohoiiv.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We will review the request and provide written instructions if the return is approved.

Hygiene and condition requirements

Opened, used, altered, contaminated, or incomplete cosmetic products are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return because of hygiene and product-safety considerations, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Keep the item in its original condition and packaging while the request is reviewed.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Report damage, an incorrect item, or a suspected defect within 7 calendar days of delivery. Send the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Do not discard the item or packaging until we provide instructions.

Return address and shipping responsibility

Do not send a return to the business registration address shown on this website. An approved return address and instructions will be provided by our support team. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution without charging return postage.

Refund process

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will submit the refund to the original payment method. We aim to process an approved refund within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Non-returnable situations

Items returned without prior approval, items outside the request window, and items that cannot be verified may be declined where permitted by law. This does not remove any mandatory rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.
